Position: Licensed Mental Health Therapist, Remote or Hybrid

Hours:  You can set your own remote hours, and if in person office hours are needed, we co-op our offices as best we can to meet our provider's needs.  Plenty of office space is available!  

​

What's in it for you: You will be classified as an employee and will receive 70% of net collected revenue.  You will also receive full administrative support with scheduling, eligibility and benefit checks, and client demographic data entry, and updates.  Our billing team will also troubleshoot any unpaid claims, send clients statements, and collect client balances.  Our EHR is free for you to use, we use Theranest, which is very user-friendly with tons of online help articles, webinars, and resources.  Internet phone and fax are also free to use.  Wiley Practice Planner available upon request.  Beautiful furnished office accommodations are available for clients requesting in person, free of charge to you.   ​​​​

Location: Our office is located in the Portland Corporate Center in Burnsville, MN, off of Hwy 13 and Portland Ave.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy services tailored to clients' unique needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, sign and lock notes and submit claims for billing when notes are complete. 

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

• Maintain an active health care license, and remain in good standing with your board

• Maintain an active malpractice insurance policy with no gaps

• Maintain clear and positive communication with the team regarding scheduling, insurance changes, client needs, etc.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Current licensure in the state of Minnesota (e.g., LP, LPCC, LICSW, LMFT).

• Current active caseload of 15 clients or more. 

• Strong commitment to providing culturally competent and inclusive care.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Desired Skills: 

• Ability to provide services in a language other than English is currently a priority need for our team, although not required.  We are currently seeking providers who can provide services in Spanish, Somali, and Hmong.
